BLADE
1936
Blade 1936 restaurant is a modern Italian restaurant that sits across the Oceanside Pier with views of the Pacific Ocean. The name Blade 1936 is a tribute to Oceanside’s old newspaper The Blade-Tribune, which occupied the historic space from 1936 until the 1960s. The interior designs were kept in themed with The Blade-Tribune as well with newspaper page-style wallpaper, old-fashioned newspaper photographs, shelves of vintage typewriters and more.
Misean, inc. is proud to be part of the design team of this historical building. Engineering services provided by Misean, inc. were lighting and power distribution design.
